Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!?

Satomi Koutaro starts high school and moves into a low-cost apartment for 5000 yen a month. The catch is that the place is supposedly haunted by a cute ghost that has caused previous tenants to leave. Soon after moving in, he finds that the ghost is not the only issue—magical girls and other distinct female characters turn his small apartment into a kind of battlefield.
