Geo encounters science teacher Mitch Shepard and classmate Pat Sprigs, becoming enthusiastic about constructing bottle rockets for an upcoming lesson. That night, the FM-ian Libra appears and engages Mega Man in combat, sustaining an injury before escaping into Shepard's Transer. Libra assumes control of Shepard's body to recover from his wounds while attempting to maintain a normal life. However, his suspicious behavior draws Geo's attention, leading to a confrontation. Libra transforms into Libra Scales to fight Geo, but his lingering injury proves fatal to his efforts. He is swiftly defeated, resulting in Shepard's safe return to normalcy and the resolution of the immediate threat.
