Omega-Xis returns to protect Geo from EM viruses by forcing a fusion into Mega Man. Despite Geo's anger, they cooperate to battle the FM-ians. The duo is overpowered, leading Cygnus Wing to capture Omega-Xis for the Andromeda Key. Suddenly, three forces appear in the sky to stop the conflict. These mysterious entities take Geo with them as they depart, leaving the situation unresolved.
