Tom reappears at AMAKEN after several weeks away, now fully dominated by Cygnus. He tries to push Aaron off a tall building, but Mega Man saves him. During a fierce fight with Cygnus Wing, Tom tells Geo that Omega-Xis killed Kelvin. This shocking revelation causes Geo to fall into a river and get swept away.
