Seeking greater renown, Libra adopts the persona of Shepard and publishes a book that achieves massive popularity. However, the overwhelming attention proves burdensome, causing the Libra Scales to erupt and engage in combat with Mega Man. During the conflict, the two distinct aspects of Libra, representing fire and water, recognize that they are incomplete without one another. They realize that their full potential can only be unlocked through unity. Consequently, the two scales reconcile and join forces. After reuniting, they manage to escape the situation, having learned that cooperation is essential for their complete power and success.
