A gang of hired assassins is terrorizing the samurai village. One member challenges Kyoshiro, mistakenly believing him to be Demon Eyes Kyo. Benitora, another assassin, switches sides to protect him. Shirogarasu, the final remaining assassin, then confronts both Kyoshiro and Benitora. This new opponent proves too powerful for them to defeat through conventional means. Consequently, Kyoshiro is forced to call upon the power of Demon Eyes Kyo to survive the encounter. The episode details this intense conflict and the desperate measures taken by the characters to overcome the superior strength of their enemy.
