Ep. 2: Kouta searches for his lost Pompompurin while befriending Sanrio-loving classmates

Kouta’s classmates, Mizuno Yuu and Yoshino Shunsuke, proudly identify as Sanrio Boys, openly admitting their love for the characters without shame. Kouta struggles to accept their lack of embarrassment and attempts to evade Yuu, who aggressively pursues a friendship. Simultaneously, Kouta discovers that his cherished Pompompurin plush, a gift from his late grandmother, has been mistakenly sent to a recycler. He embarks on a desperate quest to retrieve the toy. Eventually, Yuu and Shunsuke find Kouta at his wit’s end, prompting him to question why they can embrace their passions so freely while he remains unable to do the same.
