Ep. 19: Harima Rushes Script to Publisher While Tenma’s Curry Gift Shatters During Blizzard
Harima completes his script and intends for Tenma to read it first, but publisher deadlines force a change of plans. Tenma prepares a large curry dish as a Christmas gift for Karasuma. After Kenji views the script, a city blizzard prevents him from attending the scheduled party to deliver the work. He improvises by using Tenma’s curry bowl as a sled to reach the chief editor. The delivery is successful, but the bowl breaks into pieces. The editor rejects the manga. Itoko brings Tenma and Yakumo to the party, where Tenma discovers her shattered gift and leaves in tears. Kenji pursues her upon realizing the damage. The chief editor comments on Karasuma’s good friends. The episode concludes with Harima and Tenma reconciling and restoring their friendship.
