Rena confronts her and discovers a scar on Suzune’s chest resulting from life-saving heart surgery. Although Rena promises to keep the secret, the other girls’ suspicions about Suzune’s secrecy compel her to reveal the truth herself. Overcome with shame after the disclosure, Suzune runs away from the group.
