The Symphogear wielders are now part of a joint Japanese-American research project, tasked with safeguarding a completed relic known as Sacrist S. Their mission is to transport it to a U.S. military base in Iwakuni. Despite cooperation between the two organizations, an unexpected threat emerges in the form of the Noise, which multiplies after the treasury of Babylon is opened. During an attack, Hibiki Tachibana, the first human to merge with a relic, calls out with a powerful declaration. The Noise move in coordinated patterns, seemingly controlled by an unseen force. As the conflict escalates, the girls engage in battle through their songs, their voices and abilities forming the core of their defense.
