With the moon destined to collide with Earth, the group known as Fine attempts to save themselves by elevating the floating continent of Frontier. Lacking the necessary technology, they seek an alliance with the American government, only to be betrayed. To ensure their survival, Ver's noise steps in to intervene. Because Hibiki is in close proximity during this critical moment, she is compelled to undergo a transformation to withstand the danger and protect herself from the impending catastrophe.
