Garou, a former member of the Concord of the Tribes, strolls through Acra, the City of Wolves within the Beastfolk Federation. As the leading candidate for the next wolf chief, he enjoys a carefree lifestyle marked by heavy drinking. His routine is interrupted by a human maid who claims to have previously served Light. She requests that Garou guide her to the location where Light met his end. Although suspicious of her motives, Garou agrees to her unusual request. However, an unknown individual is waiting for him in the Abyss.
