An enemy appears near Ōsawa Station on the Yamagata Shinkansen Line. Because this Mini Shinkansen section was converted from Zairaisen lines, only Akita's E6 can operate there. Meanwhile, Hayato and Tsuranuki failed their test and must continue studying. Akita attempts to defeat the enemy alone with his E6 but encounters severe trouble after being attacked by a foe possessing both speed and power. In this desperate situation, a new Shinkalion that has never been seen before emerges to help resolve the crisis.
