Azusa realizes she forgot to record Halloween, a major event for YouTubers, and asks Tsuranuki to help at the Ultra Evolution Institute. The request faces obstacles because the institute is guarding Agent Genbu from the Underground World, who was defeated in the previous battle. Although Genbu claims he holds no hostility toward humanity, he refuses to share any information about his home. To encourage Genbu to open up, Azusa and Akita nominate Tsuranuki for the task. The group hopes to facilitate a cultural exchange that might reveal more about the Underground World through direct interaction with the captive agent.
