Criticrista prepares for the battle of the bands while Dagger speaks with his songwriter. Chuchu advises the girls to improve their performance for fans, but Rom dismisses this as superficial. Retoree shows Chuchu a photo of their training camp to emphasize that having fun is the most important thing. On the day of the battle, Cyan worries about the attention from Criticrista's lead, Rosia, which also stirs dark feelings in Chuchu. Despite these issues, Plasmagica manage to bring out their smiles during their performance and win the battle. However, Dagger punishes Criticrista for their loss by darkening their Melodisian Stones.
