The AMP organization is in disarray, with Katsumi having transformed into their most formidable adversary. Meanwhile, the ESPer Yuki is pushed to the brink of hysteria due to her disturbing visions of various potential futures. Rally receives a summons from Ganossa to meet him in private. Aware that this encounter is likely a trap, she proceeds anyway. During this tense situation, it is revealed that another member of AMP is not who they seemed to be, further complicating the already unstable situation for the group.
