Gojo and Kitagawa return with materials for the Black Lobelia outfit. Kitagawa reveals a swimsuit underneath her clothes, seeking Gojo's opinion on its appropriateness for cosplay. An embarrassed Gojo confirms it is acceptable, feeling pleased that Kitagawa can finally experience the joy of being helpful. Later, Gojo presents the completed outfits to Juju and Kitagawa, applying makeup with Juju's guidance. The girls head to the hospital, waiting for Gojo and Shinju. Upon arrival, Shinju surprises them with a male cosplay outfit. A flashback reveals that after their first hospital visit, Shinju confirmed her desire to cosplay as Soma, a male character from Flower Princess Blaze!!. Gojo assisted her by visiting his shop to find a B holder for her chest. They discussed the process while working on her wig and makeup. In the present, the group takes a photo together.
