After Yumemi declares her intention to assist Munto, Ichiko attempts to prevent her departure. Suzume supports Yumemi’s decision, persuading Ichiko to allow her to leave. Yumemi travels to locate Munto, who recognizes that the destruction resulted from Gntarl’s abduction attempt involving a raised city segment. Upon finding him, Yumemi begs to help, but Munto initially refuses further involvement. Ichiko and classmates locate Yumemi on a Ferris wheel car suspended over a cliff, urging her to return, yet she remains determined. She convinces Munto of her necessity, then leaps into his arms, bridging the worlds. An explosion disables Gntarl’s ship, and Munto carries Yumemi to the heavens during the battle, keeping her safe while he engages in combat.
