Meow describes a rare Munagi fish worth 50 million wulongs that appears every 3,600 years. The crew travels to planet Kaiyu but gets trapped in space kelp, forcing Dandy to teleport down. He befriends a local girl and struggles to impress her mentor, Ldelise. The girl explains the fish only emerges during a blue moon. Dandy doubts the legend until Meow and QT detect a rare blue comet approaching. The Munagi surface as the group attempts to catch it. The fish escapes toward the comet, leaving Dandy empty-handed but alive. The Aloha Oe returns to the starting lake as Meow mentions another rare fish.
