Dandy enters a high school where social status depends on singing and dancing skills to track a rare alien species. His only clue is that the target grows a flower on its head when in love. With final exams just one week away, Dandy must cheat on tests while assisting a less attractive female classmate in training. Their goal is to attend the school prom together and win the titles of Prom King and Queen. During the event, Dandy defeats the reigning queen through a large musical performance involving three aliens he previously aided, including QT and Meow, as well as the queen herself. After graduation, Dandy forgets his mission, unaware that the female classmate is the alien, as her flower blooms from her feelings for him.
