Upon arriving at Planet Saman, the group encounters Lala's twin brother Lolo, who has been praised by the Space Alliance for discovering a Princess Star Color Pen. Lolo mentions the Alliance's interest in collaborating with the Precure, causing Lala to hesitate about reporting their activities. Madoka notices her friend's distress and asks for her true feelings. The situation escalates when Tenjou transforms the head scientist Kuku into a Notray to steal the pen. Although the Cures defeat the monster, Kuku falsely accuses Lala of theft, resulting in an arrest warrant being issued for her and her friends.
