Amamiya Elena is a popular and athletic girl who shines brightly like the sun. Hikaru and Lala visit the flower shop Sonrisa, which turns out to be Elena’s family home. They discover that Sonrisa translates to "smile" in Spanish. On their way back, Tenjo appears and puts Hikaru and Lala in a difficult situation. Elena, driven by curiosity and a strong desire to protect Fuwa, steps in to help. Her determination allows her to transform into a magical girl. She becomes Cure Soleil, joining the group as a new member. This event marks her official debut as a Cure following the encounter with Tenjo and her commitment to safeguarding her friend.
