Ep. 1: Ryu receives an invitation from Ken Masters to visit him in San Francisco, USA.

Ryu, residing in rural Japan, accepts a letter from his old friend Ken Masters, inviting him to the United States after many years apart. Ryu travels to San Francisco, where Ken meets him with a limousine to take him to his wealthy home. The 17-year-old boys later ride Ken’s motorcycle and enter a pub named Mt. Fuji by bribing the staff. Ken provokes soldiers by flirting with one of their companions, leading to a fight. After defeating the soldiers, their Sergeant, Guile, appears before them.
