Outside, Guile struggles against a cybernetically enhanced Chun-Li, hesitating to use full force due to fear of harming her. Meanwhile, Ryu and Ken face Bison in a dimension accessed via his eagle, where Bison’s overwhelming Psycho Power dominates. Bison wounds both fighters with Psycho Crusher and Double Knee Press attacks. Drawing strength from their Hadou powers, Ken unleashes the Hadou Shoryuken, which significantly weakens Bison and dislodges the cyber chip from Chun-Li’s head. This allows Ryu to defeat Bison. With the battle concluded, Ryu and Ken return to America, after which Ryu sails to an unknown location.
