Falsetto transforms Bassdrum and Baritone into monstrous forms while Otokichi recounts sealing a past Noise power, fearing the Melody of Sorrow. Ako chooses to remain in the human world to support the Pretty Cure. During a town Halloween festival, she initially struggles with the atmosphere but eventually enjoys the event. Falsetto creates a Pumpkin Negatone, prompting Ako to attempt a solo battle before remembering she has allies. Although the Melody of Sorrow overwhelms Crescendo Tone, the Pretty Cure distract Falsetto, allowing Ako to defeat the Negatone. The episode concludes with the implication that Noise has escaped its fossil containment.
