Ep. 23: Fu gathers villains for his new universe while Goku and Vegeta face empowered foes.

Fu meets Meta Cooler, Turles, Bojack, Super Android 17, and Dr. W on the Universe Tree. He offers them a place in his new universe in exchange for help, having saved them from death at the hands of the Z-Fighters. Meanwhile, Goku, Vegeta, Xeno Trunks, and Xeno Pan search for Fu. They are attacked by Turles and Bojack, who claim Fu has greatly increased their power. These villains now rival Goku and Vegeta’s Super Saiyan Blue forms and possess auras similar to Cumber’s. Xeno Trunks spots Fu watching the battle. Goku and Vegeta attempt to reach him, but Turles and Bojack block their path. Elsewhere, Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta arrive in Hell and are confronted by Dr. W.
