Ep. 25: Kazuto spares Sugou and reunites with Asuna before celebrating with friends and releasing trapped players.

Kazuto confronts an injured Sugou in a hospital parking lot, disarming him and choosing to spare his life. He then shares a tearful reunion with Asuna. On May 16, 2025, the couple visits a special school for former SAO victims. During lunch, Kazuto explains that police captured Sugou and his employee exposed his crimes. The 300 players trapped by Sugou are released, though his experiments cause public shock. Later, Kazuto, Asuna, and Suguha join Andrew's bar with Liz, Silica, Yolko, Kains, Sasha, Yulier, Thinker, Klein, and his guild. They celebrate clearing SAO and ALO. Finally, The World Seed is uploaded to the Internet, revitalizing the virtual reality gaming genre.
