Ep. 12: Pitohui's defeat and the revelation of her true identity as Elsa Kanzaki
Pitohui's plan to kill Llenn fails when P-chan self-destructs, yet she stops Llenn's counterattacks and executes M for betrayal. Fukaziroh enables Llenn to deliver a fatal blow to Pitohui, fulfilling their prior promise. Squad Jam 2 concludes with Llenn's team securing second place after a sneak attack by the final remaining team. Goushi invites Karen and Miyu to meet the real-life Pitohui, explaining his masochistic relationship with her. He takes them to Elsa Kanzaki's residence, where it is revealed that Elsa is actually Pitohui. Although Karen deduced this identity because Elsa and Goushi knew details from her fan letter, she is surprised when Elsa kisses her. A post-credits scene depicts LLENN and Pitohui enjoying Gun Gale Online together again.
