Squad Jam 2 starts with Llenn's team and Pitohui's team positioned at opposite ends of the playing field. Fukaziroh encounters immediate danger when a booby trap temporarily destroys her legs, yet Llenn successfully eliminates the first opposing team with relative ease. The duo proceeds to a train station, where Llenn instructs Fukaziroh on how to launch grenades at their enemies. Upon discovering that seven teams have gathered around the base of the mountain, Llenn deduces that all of them are cooperating to defeat Pitohui. This strategic alliance among the seven groups suggests a coordinated effort to remove Pitohui from the competition as the battle intensifies.
