Takt's hometown is attacked, resulting in Cosette's death, which was orchestrated by Sagan. Shindler seeks to eliminate those he deems inferior in this desolate world. Upon discovering the truth behind Cosette's demise, Takt attacks Shindler in a blind rage. However, he is injured by Hell. Witnessing Takt bleed, Destiny experiences unfamiliar emotions rising within her for the first time.
