A ouija board prophecy directs the detectives to Casino Island for its opening ceremony. There, they encounter a girl named Anne Guardy who fell from the sky. While searching for an Element, the group becomes addicted to gambling and accumulates significant debt. Marine feels discouraged as Miki gains prominence within her idol group. The dealer Noir, possessed by the Decrescendo Element, challenges them to a high-stakes poker match involving the Elements. After winning several games through luck, Marine successfully navigates a treacherous game board without falling. Subsequently, the casino owner, Scarlet Ohada, kidnaps Marine and takes her into the sky.
