The religious organization known as Pui Pui searches for a miraculous substance capable of granting eternal life. Dr. Tatsuji successfully creates this immortality drug but is subsequently abducted by the cult members. Astro Boy intervenes to rescue the doctor and confront the group. His primary objective is to prevent the misuse of the invention and ensure that the drug is utilized for peaceful purposes rather than falling into the hands of those who would exploit it for personal gain or power.
