The Third: Aoi Hitomi no Shoujo

Centuries of interplanetary war have devastated civilizations, leaving only one-fifth of the human population. A new group known as "The Third" emerged after the conflict. They have a third eye, referred to as a "space eye," which appears as an oval-shaped red pupil above their normal eyes. This ability allows them to manipulate technology, giving them dominance over computer systems and global control. Honoka is a versatile mercenary who takes on various jobs but refuses to commit murder. While in the desert, she rescues a young man named Ikus. She becomes involved in his world after accepting a job from him, beginning an adventure with the two of them.
