Ep. 9: Rito and Yami stuck together while Oshizu explores Mea's mind and discovers dark secrets.

Rito thanks Rin for caring for Mikan before Lala’s invention causes him and Yami to stick together by the hand. Yami attempts to cut Rito’s hand, but Momo explains the effect will fade. While buying taiyaki, Rito feels embarrassed when the seller assumes they are a couple. Yami accepts Rito’s dinner invitation, and they cook together at his home. Nana considers feeding Rito but blushes and stops. Lala apologizes for the invention, and Mikan allows Yami to stay. Nana insists on washing Yami to prevent Rito from being perverted. When Rito’s blindfold slips, he is beaten. Later, Yami reveals she no longer sleeps and wishes to discuss her past with Rito. Meanwhile, Oshizu follows Mea on a walk and enters her mind. She encounters memories of sweets and Rito, then learns Mea spoke to a figure called "Master." Mea detects Oshizu and ejects her, nearly destroying her with darkness. Mea warns Oshizu of the danger, and a terrified Oshizu asks, "Who are you."
