Ep. 3: Kazari and Ruiko visit School Garden while a Tokiwadai student is attacked over her eyebrows.
Kazari and Ruiko accompany Mikoto and Kuroko to the School Garden, an elite district in Academy City. Ruiko borrows a Tokiwadai uniform after her own gets wet. While visiting a cake shop, Kuroko and Kazari are summoned to Judgment regarding a case where Tokiwadai students were tazed and had permanent marker eyebrows. Mistaken for a student due to her borrowed attire, Ruiko is attacked in the bathroom and becomes a victim. Kuroko and Uiharu identify suspect Miho Juufuku, a Level-2 esper with invisibility powers. Ruiko confirms Miho’s identity by spotting her reflection in a mirror. The group uses the garden’s cameras to corner Miho, who confesses that her boyfriend left her for a Tokiwadai student because of her eyebrows. Ruiko forgives Miho and compliments her appearance, bringing her joy. As Miho is arrested, Mikoto questions how a Level-2 esper achieved such power.
