Tokyo ESP

A high school girl in Tokyo, Rinka, shares a home with her father and deals with financial difficulties. On her way home from school, she witnesses a penguin flying toward the Tokyo Sky Tree, followed by fish that appear to swim in the air. One of the fish passes through her body, causing her to lose consciousness. After waking up, she discovers she can phase through solid objects.
