Ichigo is recruited by the school rhythmic gymnastics team after she leaps over an oncoming bus to avoid injury. Her attitude shifts from reluctant to enthusiastic when Masaya promises to attend the competition to support her. During the event, a chimera anima summoned by Quiche attacks the venue. The Mew Mews successfully defeat the monster, but Ichigo’s individual performance suffers due to exhaustion from the battle. Despite this drop in performance during the team round, the squad secures second place. The team celebrates their victory and designates Ichigo as the Most Valuable Player for her contributions to the win.
