Mukouda finishes a quest quickly and uses discounted ingredients to prepare spaghetti while Fel hunts for more monster meat. He feels uneasy that orcs, who look somewhat human, are considered acceptable food for humans. To speed up travel, Fel allows Mukouda to ride on his back. Bianca, the adventurer guild secretary, softens toward Fel despite her harsh demeanor. Mukouda has the monsters butchered, retains the meat, and sells the remaining body parts for 200 gold, noting that amateurs often undervalue monster components. He finds orc meat tastier than pork. Because Fel attracts too much attention, Mukouda claims he is a Great-Wolf rather than a Fenrir. Using his new wealth, Mukouda feeds Fel Japanese Wagyu beef. This high-quality food drastically boosts Fel's stats, causing him to hunt powerful monsters all night, including an Orc-General, an A-rank Ogre, and a legendary Chimera. Frustrated by the workload, Mukouda vows never to feed Fel wagyu again.
