Ep. 9: Mukouda Earns Record Payment While Fel Hunts Mithril-Lizards

Guild Master Willem grants Mukouda freedom within royal borders and promotes him to C-Rank, assigning difficult quests to Fel. Mukouda sells Fel’s recent kills, though the guild rejects a Chimera and Orthrus due to their high value. Combining payments for goblins and monster sales, Mukouda receives 2000 gold, the largest single payment in guild history. Fel is tasked with hunting a Mithril-lizard and Bloodyhorn-bulls. Mukouda visits Lambert’s shop to purchase a bag for Sui, a knife belt, wallet, and boots. Lambert, a leather merchant, requests future high-quality monster skins, particularly from snakes. With excess meat, Mukouda cooks large quantities that even Fel cannot finish. Ninrir eats the sweets Mukouda sends her but worries about gaining weight.
