Ami hosts the Ohashi High School Cultural Festival beauty contest as a dominatrix. Taiga appears dramatically, but Ryuuji receives a text stating her father will not live with her. Taiga wins the contest despite her father's absence. A race determines who dances with her. Ryuuji, heeding Minori's warning, uses shortcuts and pushes others to win. Two boys push Minori, the only girl, down. She throws a baseball at them and launches herself toward the final four to help Ryuuji. He returns for her instead. They hold hands crossing the finish line together, forgiving each other.
