Ep. 3: Taiga and Ryuuji assist Minori at her part-time job while uncovering her financial struggles

Taiga complains about Ryuuji’s laundry habits as they head to school, passing a field where Minori plays baseball. When Ryuuji’s rice cooker breaks, Taiga takes him to a family restaurant where Minori works part-time. She mentions having multiple jobs, prompting Ryuuji to question her need for money. The following day, the pair encounter Minori at another workplace and agree to help out, despite Taiga’s initial reluctance. The boss unfairly tasks Taiga with carrying heavy beer cases and making deliveries. Unable to ride a bicycle, Taiga pushes it along the road. Ryuuji and Minori become locked in a storehouse, allowing Ryuuji to learn more about the reasons behind her consistent cheerfulness.
