Toritsukare Otoko

A young man named Giuseppe is known in his town for becoming completely engrossed in whatever interests him. After seeing a girl named Pechka, who sells balloons, he becomes infatuated with her. Pechka carries a sorrowful heart, and to help her, Giuseppe, along with his mouse companion Cielo, uses the various tricks he has become obsessed with to secretly resolve her troubles.
