Kana receives a TV-PC toy for Christmas and plays with Laura. Hamtaro, Oxnard, Bijou, and Boss join in, but Boss accidentally knocks the device over, dislodging a battery. Kana believes the toy is broken. The Ham-Hams must work together to fix the device before Kana loses hope. Their efforts determine whether the toy can be restored to working order. The story focuses on the group's collaboration and problem-solving skills as they address the damage caused by the accident.
