Hamtaro dreams he and his friends are cave-hams who encounter Bo, a flying hamster who lost his magical umbrella and cannot make a rainbow or return home. The group consults the village guru, Elder-Ham, to locate the missing item. Their search leads them to a mammoth, where Hamtaro and Bo are unexpectedly sucked into its trunk. The Ham-Hams must determine if they can rescue their friends from this perilous situation within the dream sequence.
