Ep. 12: Touka adopts a fast dog named Nero, who is killed by wolves after retrieving his lost shoe.

A mysterious dog enters Touka's room, proving too fast for him to capture. Although initially annoyed by the intruder, Touka eventually grows fond of the animal and names it Nero. One day, while attempting to rescue the dog, Touka loses one of his shoes. Nero ventures out to locate the missing item but is killed by a pack of wolves during the search. Both Touka and Momoka are deeply saddened by the dog's death, mourning the loss of their new companion.
