Ep. 40: Autobots travel to Gigantion and meet Metroplex while Menasor joins Megatron

Optimus Prime and the Autobots arrive at Giant Planet aboard the Ogygia, detecting a nearby celestial body via thermal sensors. They discover Gigantion, where massive cities orbit the planet in a ring formed from torn-off surface fragments. Safeguard leads the team to an abandoned station hidden behind a rock, explaining the locals' tradition of vacating their settlements. Scattershot detects tremors leading to a construction site where a dropped girder endangers a worker. Metroplex intervenes to save the worker and informs the Autobots that the Cyber Planet Key lies at the planet's core. Although tradition forbids entering abandoned cities, the situation changes when Menasor, seeking Megatron's approval, causes chaos. Metroplex battles Megatron, using a buzz saw to force the Decepticon leader to retreat. Consequently, Metroplex and Quickmix agree to assist the Autobots in securing the Key.
