After recovering from combat with Landmine, Starscream witnesses the Autobots deactivate Gigantion's anti-warp field using the Giant Planet Key. This action reveals the Space Bridge in the sky, prompting a warning from Colonel Franklin about an impending black hole. Scourge and Snarl depart for the Jungle Planet, while Galvatron arrives to seize the Omega Lock. Starscream engages Galvatron in a fierce struggle, utilizing his unique ability to alter his body's mass. Soundwave and Sideways intercept the Autobots, unleashing a powerful energy blast that forces them into cover. Galvatron emerges victorious as Starscream, Soundwave, and Sideways vanish, likely transported to another dimension by Vector Prime. The group then observes the Space Bridge beginning to disintegrate as Galvatron and his followers proceed through the portal.
