Decepticons attack tanker convoy while Hellbat infiltrates base to capture Jan

The Brainmasters and Galaxy Shuttle respond to a Breast Force-minus Hellbat assault on a tanker convoy, unaware that Hellbat is simultaneously infiltrating the base to steal data. He fails to find useful intelligence, obtaining only Jan's homework program, but captures Jan and Stakeout to secure his escape. The captives manage to break free and summon Star Saber. Dinoking engages the Autobot leader in combat but is defeated and flees upon Galaxy Shuttle's arrival. The Decepticons' plans are thwarted once again as the heroes successfully repel the attack and rescue their comrades.

Star Saber dispatches Machtackle to investigate a Canadian sinkhole caused by Decepticon interference

A sinkhole appears in Canada, prompting Star Saber to send Machtackle for investigation. Guided by a farmer, Machtackle splits into Mach and Tackle, discovering the cause is disrupted underground water. This results from a Decepticon plot using a disguised factory. The other Autobots arrive to assist the struggling pair. Although Tackle struggles as the upper body during their combined form, his strategies help drive off the Decepticons. The sinkhole eventually fills with water to become a lake, allowing Mach and Tackle to celebrate their successful partnership.

Star Saber investigates the mysterious asteroid belt trap set by Decepticons.

Spacecraft vanish in a specific asteroid belt region, prompting Star Saber to commission a disguised vessel from the Autobots despite Jan’s warnings about a potential Decepticon ambush. He discovers the enemy is capturing ships to drain their energy and dismantle them for a powerful alloy, while forcing human crews into labor. Star Saber infiltrates the facility, alerts the captives, and transmits a coded signal to his allies before confronting the Breast Force and Dinoforce. He destroys the ship-trapping devices and, with the Autobots’ arrival, compels Deathsaurus to flee in the Thunder Arrow, leaving his subordinates to escape independently.

Star Saber visits Micro to investigate attacks by Hellbat and Decepticon mercenaries.

Star Saber travels to the planet Micro at Ginrai’s request to address a crisis while he battles the Decepticons under Overlord. The Rescue Team, including Jan and Stakeout, arrives to assist. The attackers are identified as Hellbat, acting independently from the Breast Force, alongside Decepticon mercenaries Black Shadow and Blue Bacchus. They are pursued by Greatshot, a Six-Changer Autobot. The groups confront each other at the planet’s critical plasma energy reactor. Greatshot defeats Shadow and Bacchus, surprising them with his Autobot allegiance. Hellbat attempts to destroy the reactor and Star Saber but fails. Star Saber successfully moves the reactor off-planet to prevent an explosion. He then bids farewell to Greatshot, who joined the Autobots after previously fighting alongside him.

Leozack and Hellbat infiltrate the prison moon to rescue Gaihawk from Deszaras's forces.

Leozack and Hellbat execute a prison break to rescue Gaihawk, a Breast Force member, by using a decoy shuttle to breach the facility. Gaihawk exploits the chaos to escape his cell and forces Hellbat to help him recharge and recover his Chest Animal. Greatshot arrives to confront Gaihawk, while Star Saber and his team engage the Breast Force and other inmates. As the prison sinks into lava, the inmates accept an invitation to board the Galaxy Shuttle. Greatshot falls into the refinery but is saved by Stakeout, allowing them to escape after Gaihawk flees. Leozack and Hellbat transport their flightless comrades away, and the Autobots return to Micro with a new friendship between Greatshot and Stakeout.

Leozack seeks a six-member team to form Liokaiser while Hellbat accidentally kills Deathcobra.

Leozack welcomes Gaihawk back to Breast Force and plans to replace Hellbat with Deathcobra. Hellbat overhears this, intercepts Deathcobra, and accidentally shoots him twice, killing him. Horrified, Hellbat returns to the group and blames the Autobots for the death. The Breast Force attacks Micromasters Jan and Clipper, then engages Star Saber, who Gaihawk blames for his imprisonment. Leozack reveals that six members can combine into Liokaiser. The new combiner overpowers Star Saber until Ginrai arrives unexpectedly. Ginrai distracts Liokaiser, allowing Star Saber to recover. Together, the Autobots separate Liokaiser, forcing the Breast Force to withdraw. The Autobots then return to Earth to address the new threat.

Deszaras runs low on energy after reactivating the fortress and cannot finish the damaged Star Saber. He warns Star Saber he will perish next time and leaves to tend to Thunder Arrow. The battered Autobots return home, wary of Deszaras' growing ambition.

Laster and Braver become trapped in sand, and Blacker is injured by Gaihawk while trying to help. Greatshot, who had arrived on Earth seeking rest, intervenes after spotting the Thunder Arrow. He is attacked by Desaras and the Thunder Arrow, prompting Star Saber to confront his nemesis. Greatshot fights six opponents despite injuries. Blacker is evacuated by Laster and Braver, who then prevent the Dinoforce from seizing energy. The Autobots damage the Thunder Arrow, forcing a Decepticon retreat and allowing the heroes to stop the Dinoforce.
