Decepticon energy harvesting in Antarctica raises South American sea levels, flooding coastal villages that Autobots evacuate. Star Saber sends the Multiforce, while the Rescue Team, including Jan and a classmate's father, travels via Galaxy Shuttle to a UN base. The Multiforce locates stranded scientists but faces attack from the Breast Force, transforming into Landcross and Liokaiser. Liokaiser uses a new invisibility ability to wound Galaxy Shuttle and stalemate Star Saber. Desaras intervenes against his nemesis in an epic clash. Meanwhile, Galaxy Shuttle destroys the Decepticon drill, forcing the enemy to retreat and leaving the Autobots to consider their next war steps.
