Travelers seek shelter in ruined Tokyo after encountering Kamui and Fuuma's groups.
Nov 16, 2007The group reaches a devastated Tokyo and hides from acid rain, where Syaoran and Mokona meet Kamui. After Kurogane rescues an injured Syaoran and fights Kamui to a standstill, Kamui grants them shelter and medical care. Kurogane discusses his history with Fai, and the group later encounters Fuuma and his companions. Meanwhile, the version of Syaoran held captive by Fei Wong Reed regains consciousness.

The Clone's Eye Seal Breaks as Real Syaoran Confronts His Doppelganger
Jan 17, 2008It is revealed that the Syaoran collecting feathers is a clone, while the real Syaoran was trapped by Fei Wang Reed. The awakened real Syaoran travels to face his clone, whose right eye seal breaks, causing Fai to fail in restoring it. Deprived of his heart, the clone reverts to his original instincts, forgetting his developing emotions. During the ensuing battle, the clone eats Fai's left eye. As the real Syaoran prepares to strike, Sakura begs them to stop, prompting the clone to stab Syaoran, take the feather, and give it to her. The clone then departs through a portal opened by Fei Wong Reed, ignoring Sakura's pleas. Meanwhile, Subaru, Kamui’s twin, wakes from his coma.

Princess's Dream and the Aftermath of the Clone's Departure
Mar 17, 2008Following the clone's exit, drained waters leave Fai dying from his missing eye. Subaru demands the water return while Kurogane seeks to save Fai. Vampire blood restores Fai, but Sakura must find a treasure in Tokyo. She suffers severe injuries mirroring Syaoran's, losing her left eye and arm, before being rescued by a mysterious girl named Sakura Kinomoto. Tokyo Tower residents exchange feathers for shelter in the building. Yuuko reveals Fei Wong Reed orchestrated the feather theft to imprint dimensional memories on Sakura. Consequently, the group decides to locate the clone Syaoran in another dimension, leaving their final feather behind to protect the building and its inhabitants.
